Bobby Strom is one of the leading fitness experts who is a featured columnists for various publications and a sought out speaker for his knowledge in the fitness industry. He is also one of Nike's Elite Athletes.
He developed his individual technique, philosophy and style by using the expertise acquired from his experience as a health club owner, competing as an award winning body builder, and as a police officer in New York.
His mission statement is "Live for the Passion of Life, Love and Joy". Believing that exercise, nutrition and spirituality are the most essential key elements to total health. He is not a believer in any gimmicks or fads. He is a true believer in moderation and balance and he is {bottom line} exceptionally keen on living a healthy lifestyle.
He teaches his clients in lifestyle rather than just looking at weight reduction and individual workouts as separate entities. He accomplishes this by concentrated, individual evaluation of one's present state of health, their individual schedules and help in the process of realistic, achievable goal setting. He stresses proper form, coaching his students on one-on-one sessions. Bobby goes beyond the role of traditional trainers, by spending whatever time necessary with his clients and accompanying them throughout their hectic schedules to constantly evaluate their daily needs physically, mentally and nutritionally.
One aspect of Bobby's specialty is location training. He provides his clients with support, equipment and nutritional monitoring while in difficult geographical locations, and making himself available wherever and whenever needed. While on location, developing creative types of workouts is a necessity. A plan is designed to fit every need utilizing weight resistance training, functional core training, massage therapy, martial arts and addressing issues of self-esteem and personal growth, and if that wasn't enough, Bobby is now Certified in TRX Suspension Training!
